I have been working in the professional beauty sector in the fields of commercial, marketing communication, and education for more than 20 years. I started my professional career as a sales manager in 2001, which gave me the opportunity to experience the diversity of customer needs and the motivation of each type of customer during the sales processes. As a marketing communications expert, I gained insight into the sales processes from the creation of demand to the decision-making preferences of the target groups. Exploring the different purchasing processes allowed me to improve each area of the sales process.
As the head of the professional division of Alveola Ltd., I currently coordinate the company’s cosmetic and hairdressing divisions with the brands under its umbrella. My tasks also include overseeing export activities in countries surrounding Hungary, as well as strengthening the market position of Alveola’s own professional webshop. My team is responsible for the day-to-day sales, marketing, and education activities for brands such as Solanie professional cosmetics, Alveola Waxing hair removal products, Long Lashes eyelash products, and Alveola Equipment beauty machines and furniture, while supervising the related B2B and B2C channels.
During my 17 years at Alveola Ltd., I have contributed to the successful market introduction of several professional brands. I have been actively involved in the development of the Solanie brand concept, which continues to be effective in the market, and its evolution into one of the most popular Hungarian brands. Additionally, I have led the development of the Alveola Waxing and Alveola Equipment product lines into category-leading positions in their respective markets. Through my activities in education, I have contributed to training thousands of national and international professionals in Hungary and Europe on the Alveola portfolio of products.
